1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized items (including DTG printing and embroidery) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@teechic.work with your order details.

  • If you need a different size or color, a new order must be placed after returning the original item.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom and personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a TeeChic error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@teechic.work within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
